Growing and evolving... isn't that what we should all being doing in our personal life and our careers? I have grown and evolved more in the past two and a half years then I did in the decade before. Why and How? Not by choice but, looking back, the growth and evolution of Lisa Wall since August of 2016 has been the greatest accomplishment in my professional career.

Prior to August '16, I was the President and Head Designer of our family-run swimwear company. For twenty plus years, alongside my father and husband and an amazing team of people, I ran UjENA Swimwear, a women's swimwear and fashion brand located in the Bay Area. We designed and manufactured over 300 unique styles in our factory in Mountain View. I managed all aspects of design, manufacturing, marketing, shipping, wholesale, retail... let's face it, we were a family business, so you name it, I did it, along with our tight-knit, dedicated, loyal and hardworking staff. We ALL did it. There is NO 'I' in team.

 

Late in 2016, my husband and I left the family business. We both moved into the Real Estate world. I decided to use my marketing experience to help Realtors and Lenders build their businesses.

It's been a humbling, exhilarating and growing experience every step of the way. I have worked with Realtors, Brokers, Mortgage Bankers and Lenders on brand building. We work on the small details like updating headshots and email footers, to social media campaigns, newsletters, gifting, mailers, flyers... you name it. My main goal with each and every one of my clients is consistent branding, accountability and laser sharp focus on goals. We brainstorm ideas and implement to drive results.

I ran a business for 20 years, my clients love working with me because they know that and know that I will give the same heart and drive that I did with you own company, to their business too.
